The Elmwood Business Association is dedicated to empowering local businesses by providing direct access to town government, offering educational resources on local regulations, and keeping members informed about events and developments that impact our community. We serve as a trusted liaison between the business community and Town leadership, fostering collaboration, transparency, and a thriving local economy.
Where Is Elmwood?
“Elmwood” isn’t a single, officially bounded neighborhood – even the Town of West Hartford’s own materials refer to a handful of related but distinct areas, including Elmwood Plaza, Elmwood Center, New Park North, and New Park South.
For the purposes of the Elmwood Business Association, we define our coverage area as all of West Hartford southeast of I-84. This includes Elmwood Plaza, Elmwood Center, New Park North, and New Park South, as well as Corbin’s Corner.
